How it is measured

Recorded conversations are replayed against the twin call by call. A conversation conforms when every answer matches at the level the agent depended on.

Decision conformance sits beside it: whether the agent would have made the same next call.

When it is missing

A mirror with no replay yet shows the build's own estimate instead, marked as such. A number that was not measured is never shown as zero.
